Born and raised in Jordan, Rana has lived across Europe and the Middle East. Rana’s fondness for different cultures and her passion for integrating into local communities have seen her uncovering secrets of the Masai tribe in Africa and spending time with the Sami’s in Scandinavia. With a penchant for barefoot luxury and dramatic sceneries, Rana loves a good trip entrenched in nature. Reminiscent of wild road trips she used to take with her father from Amman to Europe; she says, “Holidays for me have to be meaningful, add an element of achievement.”

A born and bred Londoner who now lives in Dubai, Sonia is a third-culture child who understands the nuances of intercultural and intergenerational travel. With a background in Economics, she is a respected travel journalist in the Middle East who writes for the likes of Condé Nast Traveller ME, Harper's Bazaar Arabia, Destinations Of The World News and Business Traveller Middle East. Her love of eco-conscious luxury travel has her on a continuous quest to uncover the most exceptional sustainable travel offerings. Sonia is a true believer in the notion that responsible travel will define the future of travel. Crediting her hippy mother for instilling the love of the planet in her; she quotes John Muir exclaiming, “While enjoying the beauty of nature, we must remember to take only pictures, leave only footprints and kill only time.”
